I have transcribed the response from the presentation by Jennifer Cajina-Grigsby:
"No, we don't have this set up. We have a Clear tech team, and it really depends on in-house capacity and funding. But also in understanding the internal penetration, the phone use penetration... so we wouldn't create a ChatBot if the community doesn't use the phone. But if we did need help with a ChatBot for example then we would reach out to our existing sponsors and see whether they can share their experience and expertise with us so we can get there too."
