Hi, I am a recent internship graduate at RWS and I think the most rewarding thing for me was learning that I could be fully responsible for clients, do well, and not be dependent on other people.  I think learning that you are very capable like that before entering the workforce gives you a lot more confidence in your own abilities.  The internship helped me see that I could do it, and I am good at this job.

Learning that was the most rewarding aspect of my internship, and of course this also comes as a complete package with other skills around the translation process.
