First there is a lot of talk about this job being really stressful, and I'm not going to lie because there can be stressful times.  But it all comes down to how you organise yourself and how much weight you put on every task that you are doing.  We have a full time job of course, but we do have a life after that, we are all human beings and as long as you remain professional you keep your time organised it's not impossible to work as a project manager and again there will be more stressful times, but there will also be quieter times and if at any point you are dealing with a really high level of stress it's up to your manager and your company to manage that.  At least at RWS I've been able to talk openly about this with my manager so it hasn't been unmanageable and you can take it!
