I would just quickly add something to that, as a manager of people and having worked as a project manager as well, it's very much the managers responsibility to keep the stress to a minimum. Everybody's job has an element of stress... a lot of my time, as you saw from all the meetings in the presentation, is spent resourcing, planning capacity, which teams are busy, which teams are not busy, does anybody need any help. I very much hope I foster an environment where everyone can go to their line manager and say I'm stressed because I'm too busy, or I'm stressed because a customer is being a bit weird in some way and the manager shouldhelp you to deal with that and take any stress that you are feeling away.
