That's a tricky one to answer because I think the honest answer at the moment is both.  We do have offices and we encourage people to come to the offices as much as they possibly can.  There are many benefits to doing this, especially when you're new to the business or industry.  There's a lot you can learn when you have your colleagues sitting right next to you.  However, we do have people based in lots of different places, plenty of people working remotely, or plenty of people working in different countries before they are attached to a different RWS office.  Also what you may be referring to as remote may not be remote to us because we have offices in a lot of different places.
