What are the key skills to become a talent manager?
I think having an open mind, and enjoying talking to people. People come from all different countries and backgrounds, and if they have the skills necessary it's about seeing how they can work with your clients. So being a bit curious... how could this person who perhaps works Mondays and Tuesdays in Japan fit with our clients. That could be really useful for us as some of our clients work in a certain timezone. So I think it's about being curious to see how you can make it work on both sides.
