That's a good question? I think it's the long term aspect of the collaboration. Freelance translators normally work for multiple different clients since they're self-employed and they have a wide client base. But when someone has worked with you for many years you know that you're doing something right. So you know that they like working with you, their processes are clear, it's really good that you're able to offer them work within their skillsets, and if they need help with their quality, their CAT tool or just need some training on something, then you can offer that. It's really rewarding seeing that 2-way cooperation going through the years.
