Can you tell us a little bit about how RWS supports the development of internal employees?
That's a really good question actually. We have lots of training material on-line, and when there is a new process or procedure coming in, for example at the moment we are looking at machine translation and we provide training to our new recruits on thoses kind of topics. When people start with us they go through a 3 or 6 month probationary period with us as well, especially in the translator role during that time, and you'll be in contact with a number of experienced translators who'll support you constantly learning at the start. You have a training program that you go through so you have that support network there too and this is also a constat learning and feedback loop, especially at the start. This is the same in the revisor role too. The kind of tasks that you do when you first start will increase with complexity as you become more experienced. We have different levels of proof-reading that we do for example, different clients that we work with each of whom have their own unique requirements. So it could be that as you become more experienced you get to learn about new client requirements and new levels of checking too. The same applies to translation in terms of the difficulties of texts that you are translating.
