Technical question: we do have Trados at my university, but we don't have any cloud connected to it. Is that normal? Is that something that the teacher takes care of? I also tried to plug a few apps from the Trados website, but errors kept popping up.
If your University is an Academic Partner then they should be using Trados Team. This allows you to licence Trados Studio by connecting to it and also allows you full access to all the cloud capabilities we offer. So check that, and see whether your University is an up to date partner. I can also check this for you if you tell us which University it is?
