During this session we cover essential program information for RWS Campus lecturers, to help you to get started - from connecting to the RWS Campus Community Professors' group pages for program information and resources - to video demonstrations of the software for teaching.
In the Trados Team software we’ll cover the basics, including tips on set-up: creating a class group, creating a customer, and managing users (creating, editing, and deleting). We’ll also show how to create a translation engine and a project in Trados Team, how to work with Language Weaver machine translation and how to allocate resources and projects to students.
Additionally, we’ll explain how you invite students to their RWS Campus Community Students' group pages by providing them with a link and your university 'key' so that they can gain access, and we show how they accept translation tasks to work on in the Online Editor or in Trados Studio on the desktop.
