In June, I was awarded a Trados top student free license. I received the certificate but I haven't received any license. I created a new account in June with the information that my teacher provided you with, but when I log in now, there is no trace of a license.
What should I do?

Trados can be downloaded from your account, Products and Plans - Downloads. The activation code is in Products and Plans - Licenses.
