We’re currently experiencing technical difficulties with the certification exams in the Education section of the RWS account. In the meantime, if you agree we can enroll you in the Trados Studio Certifications 2022 through an alternative platform, RWS University. 

The SDL Trados Studio 2021 for Project Managers will be available on your RWS account again once the issue is solved.

I've checked all the tabs in my mailbox and still could not find the email sent by the RWS University platform. The only relevant email was the one sent by you that asked the Education team to enroll me for the Trados Studios 2022 Certification Exam, shown as follows:
