I am a student from University of Padova, I was filling the form to receive my free certification bundle for Trados Studio 2024 - level 1, I did but then at Checkout it would show an error in my name even though I filled it correctly . I tried to fill the form again but did not receive any more emails and I don't know what to do. can u help me?

it is a typo in my name, my full name is Lorena Lo Re, but for some reason, here it appears spelled wrong even though in filling the form I'm sure I spelled it correctly.
