Problems activating my Trados license

Hello!

I am having some problems activating my Trados license. I am a university student, and my professor gave me an activation key for my course. But when the email arrived, I clicked on the “Accept invitation” button, logged into my account, and saw this error (see first screenshot). And in Trados itself, it says that I've already activated my subscription, but I have another problem on the notification bar (see second screenshot). And when I tried to sign into cloud account I have this problem (see the last screenshot)

I would be very grateful for your help.

Trados error message: Error activating user in the account. Invitation intended for a different user. Suggests logging out and clicking the invitation link again.Trados Studio interface showing active subscription as Subscription Professional. Notification bar displays error: Account not found. Suggests creating an account or contacting administrator.

    Firstly, I have moved your post to the forum for our Academic program - the Students forum, kindly post here next time, because this program is different from the licenses the freelance customers purchase.

    Now, I have verified in the system and the reason you cannot access Trados and the invite is because the invite probably expired. You need to accept is in maximum 48 hours since it was sent by your professor.

    Kindly inform your professor to remove you from Trados Team and then to add you again and send the invite. You are now an Inactive user, therefore you need to be added again and have the invite sent to you again. So please pass this to the professor, to remove you and then to add you again and invite you again, and please accept the invite when it is sent.
