I need to know what’s the issues of equivalence in translation that all translators face ?

It sounds as though you may be a student? Given this was posted almost a month ago with no response (most likely because you posted into the wrong place and nobody noticed) I'll move it into the students forum. I also reckon the answer is well overdue... but perhaps still worthy of discussion.
Equivalence in translation refers to how closely a translated text conveys the meaning, effect, and function of the source text. All translators face challenges in achieving equivalence because languages and cultures do not map perfectly onto each other. The main issues include... maybe someone can fill that in?
