MultiTerm cannot open termbases

Hello!

I'm using Trados Studio 2022 SR 1 and MultiTerm 2022 17.0.0.1685.

I can't use this program, because every time I try to open a termbase, the program closes.

Tried already: Restarted PC, uninstalled, reinstalled, turned off antivirus.

My internship starts August 15, and I will need to open a medical termbase then.

Can anyone help?
