Trados is not installing

Question

Dear Trados community. 
 I have tried to install trados for the past 3 weeks and i always get the same error 
 I have tried all the possible solution to make trados work on my laptop, I have already contacted the support team and asked other tech around and no could solve my issue, and I do not think that is my device. 
 Unfortunately I am not a pro IT technician and therefore I need an assistant to work on it as it is a vital part of my Master and not having trados can be detrimental for my whole entire master.
