Hello, I'm a university student, I cannot access to my account anymore. It says that my account isn't linK to any cloud account. My teacher tried several times to delete and add me, sending me several invitations, but each time, it said that the invitation was meant to someone else. We contacted someone from RWS and we tried different solutons but none of them worked.
Please provide advice.
