HI,
I am using the API's RWS language cloud in order to get information about file I load via a platform .
The problem is that someone uploaded a file doc but Trados get this error "Error in File Type Detection"
But this is a simple file doc. And before now, everything worked fine with doc type file.
The most problematic thing is that I cannot see this error when I use the API to get information about the status of the state of the analysis, because the response of the API returns status code 200.
firstly, how do I resolve this error and secondly, how do I detect it?
