I'm not sure, As far as, I know it look like SDL Trados Studio 2019 still not support "Google AutoML" in this time.
Is it possible to use Google AutoML on SDL Trados Studio 2019 ?

That you are not really a developer. Perhaps this should have been a question for here:

The answer is, there is no published plugin for Studio 2019 that supports Google AutoML. I am aware that one has been developed but it hasn't been published yet as it's still in testing... testing that fell behind with Trados 2021 preparation. So there may be one available soon.
