From what type of project is the package created?

Is it with a file-based TM, GroupShare TM? Is it with a locked TM?

Could you please share, as well, the other options from this step that are checked during the package creation?

Thank you for engagement, please find below details we have gathered.

Here are our settings in XTRF, that correspond to the ones on your screenshot, we used file-based TM.
And here please find our API request for package creation.
If you think more details are required might I suggest a brief call with our technican that worked on this case? I believe that short presentation and live Q&A could push us forward more than investigating by ourselves. Please let me know if you would be interested.

This has now been fixed and tested and will be delivered with Trados Studio 2021 SR1 CU5.  Our reference LG-27682.

Paul Could you please share the version from which this update will be implemented? Right now we stabilize integration on Trados Studio 2021 SR1 16.1.4.4184 however the problem still occurs.

That means 16.1.5.... and you are using 16.1.4....
