GroupsShare 2020 API using GroupShareKit Problem

Hi All, 
 I'm currently having some problem trying to use GroupShareKit to create server based translation memories. It is giving me "Forbidden" error. Do we need some extra license to be able to create server based TMs using the API? Hope someone can help me.

This is how client is instantiated. Username and password working because I can retrieve data from GroupShare, I just cannot create server-based TM.

Hi All, 
 Figured out what the issue is. Turns out OwnerId is required. It's just confusing. If OwnerId is required, the error should have been Bad Request, not Forbidden. Also, you need to create a new FieldTemplate and a new LanguageResourceTemplate specific for the TM you are creating. Hope this info helps those who will encounter the same issue.
