Thank you for your answer.  Do you have any plan to make it available to public sometime soon?  My colleague is trying to figure out the cost and feasibility to develop a system that connects Web CMS and TMS using LC.

There is a Connector API available for SDL Language Cloud - Translation Management, focused on building CMS integrations, see here: https://languagecloud.sdl.com/cp/api

In addition to this we are working on additional APIs focused on other integration use cases, but if it's about submitting and retrieving content for localization that's available today.
Update: We have since launched the Language Cloud Public API: https://languagecloud.sdl.com/lc/api-docs/
