I just started and I wonder where to find termbaseIds ? 
 Is this related to the Engines in the settings page on cxc-languagecloud ?

Got it now. For Dutch to English there is no engine available but you can still translate without specifying an engine/domain and you can use the available engine for English to Dutch

You can get termbaseIds by using https://lc-api.sdl.com/termbases
