How to extend timeout in the Trados Enterprise

Hi everyone,

We have an existing Intento connector that's actively used by various enterprise clients with Trados Enterprise. Recently, we've enhanced our backend processing to handle more complex tasks, which now require longer than the default 2-minute timeout limit set in Trados Enterprise.

Could anyone advise on how we might extend the timeout setting for our established connector? Is this something we can adjust ourselves within the Trados TMS settings, or do we need to reach out to support for this change? This modification is critical for the continued effectiveness of our services.

Thanks for your help and looking forward to some insights!

I just spoke to the LC dev team and there is a way to reduce the batch sizes, as opposed to the timeout setting, which will hopefully address this for you.  The  capability will be in the documentation for the descriptor on Monday.  One of the dev team will reply to this post when  it's done and explain what you need to do.
