We are developing an API connecting proprietary CRM and Trados Team, but it does not seem to assign translators, even if they are correctly added in the Trados Team workflow (workflows have already been checked as correct by the Support Gateway team). See example of proper assignment of translators:
Although everything else seems to work fine between proprietary CRM and Trados Team and project templates, workflows, etc., are synchronised, workflows always lack assigned translators when creating the project in Trados Team via proprietary CRM and they show like this:
It is important to notice that the workflow is properly created on Trados Team before it being used for creating a project in Trados Team via proprietary CRM, as mentioned before. Anyone has any idea of why could this be happening?
