We haven't received any requests from the platform for Dec 27th, 10:01–22:30 PST, based on both our and and logs that we can download on my apps tab.
Were there any outages at this time? And is there a place we can track this, like a status page?

Following up on what Evgenii raised, a few additional details:
The customer is using Trados Enterprise with the Intento plugin, which enables the MT step to run through our platform.
During the timeframe mentioned (Dec 27th, 10:01–22:30 PST), the customer reported that the step that should send requests to us was skipped, and as a result they didn’t receive translations as expected.
Since we couldn’t find anything on our side that would explain this, we’re reaching out to confirm whether there was any service degradation/downtime on your side during that period.
Hi Luca De Franceschi , Evgenii Samarin please detail the expected load, any detail is beneficial, indeed I can confirm that from our side no requests were sent to the plugin in the specified time range, but I need to understand the expected requests.
I can see that in general the load is very small in the weekends, I can see the following metrics:
27.12 -> 0 translate request were sent
28.12 -> 6 translate reqests were sent
between 29.12-02.01 a range of 38-220 requests were sent daily
03.01 -> 12 translate request were sent
04.01 -> 10 translate request were sent
As I understand the concern you can too see the pattern that in weekends, the load is greatly reduced, Please provide some expected data, so we can look into it more in detail.

A bit of context here: the problem is that our client did start the translation workflow, but we haven't received the request on our side during the specified time period. Can you confirm that there was an Intento Translate step in the workflow queue that is not called via API?
