Missing User Documentation for SDL Trados Studio 2017 in German Language

Hi Team, 
 SDL Trados Studio 2017 is delivered with documentation in English language only. This is not only for governmental customers not acceptable. This issue is of a massive business impact for that reason too. 
 May the product management of SDL please tell us the date of availability of SDL Trados Studio 2017 documentation in German language?
