Obviously it would be unsafe to allow a plugin to change the Studio keyboard shortcut configuration,
but can the particular settings page (only any other settings page, for that matter) be opened by a plugin?
I think that really could improve user experience.
As you know may well, we can not do it. Because the settings file is read only. It reads setting contents at starting up time. At that moment, all Plugins are not awakend yet. And, while shutting down, it overwrites it using its current settings of memory.
As always there is an exception if you want to improve your experience of keyboards. AutoHotkey can handle almost all (99%) of needs.

I respect your determination.
I've used it for several years with satifaction, and I'll use it more than that period.
Because, I, still, failed to find the better tool than that in the field of hotkey handling.
It is outstanding. If you showed me the nicer one, I'll change mine the next day.
