Google Cloud Translation API nor MT Enhanced Trados Plugin does not pre-translate using SDL API

Question

Hello, We are using SDL API to create projects automatically, and Google Translate does not work during the pre-translation step during project creation. We tried different plugins for Google, and even though we see it is working when working segment by segment, it does not work during pre-translation step. 
 Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any solutions?

Could you please tell me if you are trying to fire the pre-translate batchtask from the apis? If yes please take a look at the following 
sample code:

In order to fire the pre-translate batchtask you need to add some settings as follows: 
 
private void UpdateProjectProviderSettings(FileBasedProject project) 
 { 
 var settings = project.GetSettings(); 
 var preTranslateSettings = settings.GetSettingsGroup<TranslateTaskSettings>(); 
 preTranslateSettings.NoTranslationMemoryMatchFoundAction.Value =NoTranslationMemoryMatchFoundAction.ApplyAutomatedTranslation; 
 preTranslateSettings.MinimumMatchScore.Value = 75; 
 
 project.UpdateSettings(settings); 
 }
