To set up a development machine, I did the following:

1. Install Studio 14 build 3636

2. Install CU2

3. Install Visual Studio C# 2010

4. Install the Studio 14 SDK 3.0 (downloaded as of yesterday from My SDL)

After these steps, I have the following versins listed in the Control Panel

- SDL Trados Studio 2014 - 3.0.3688

- SDL Trados Studio 2014 SDK - 3.0.3660

- Microsoft Visual C# 2010 Express - ENU - 10.0.30319

Then I tried to compile sample applications in the SDK as a sanity check that everything was properly configured, but I found that while some solutions compile, most fail to compile, in particular the Integration API ones (only the Initializer sample compiles).

Is the above configuration a valid one for plug-in development? Are the samples provided in SDK 3.0.3660 compatible with Studio 3.0.3688?
