OOXML Error message.

Question

I'm in the middle of upgrading a PlugIn from 2017 to 2021. 
 This one works well in version2017 - it has Excel OOXML and Word OOXML too. But, When I finish upgrading to version2021, it emits this message. Any hint, pls ?

I have solved it via "Setting up All the Dev Environment from the scratch", I was planned to use dev result (PlugIns) only at the new computer. It is big waste of time.
