How can I install SDK?

Question

The download of SDK has been finished. I have got Visual Studio 2013 Comunity. 
 I operated Visual Studio variously, but the menu which seems to be that isn't found.

I just downloaded the sdk and it has an exe extension 
 
 Once you have that in your computer you can just double-click and go next -> next. This installer will 2 things: 
 1. Add visual studio templates for creating SDL Studio projects 
 2. Add sample projects in this location C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDK 3.0 
 If you are not an administrator on your machine please run the installer as an administrator.
