Failiure builiding any Sample Project from the SDK

Question

Hey Folks, 
 my Visual Studio 2013 Professional fails to build any of the Sampelprojcts within the SDK. 
 Own VS Projects created with the Project Template doesn't work as well. 
 Is VS2010 Mandatory to use the SDK Templates?

Two things: 
a) your debug folder must be the Studio program folder (Programs(x86)\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio3) 
b) You must start VS as administrator, else the compiled files cannot be written because of write permission issues of the program folder.
