You just need to send the updated plugin to app-signing@rws.com. Or rather send a link so we can download it. You should also provide details of rht changes, and preferably if you publish the changelog or have website of your own, provide those details as well.
We are working on the solution for you to do this yourself as you did before... but more easily... but for now you need to send it to us.
