Not sure if you are aware, but recently (few days?) the previously working links like https://appstore.rws.com/plugin/9 don't work anymore, instead the new format seems appstore.rws.com/.../9 . I expect this would annoy a lot of people and break all existing links over the internets.
Could you add a rewrite rule on the server to direct the old-style path to the new-style, so all the existing links keep working?

Yes we are aware... it will be resolved in the morning, thank you. A change to how the front-end is delivered added an "s" to plugin in the url as the developer was ensuring consistency in the urls without realising the possible consequence.
