I have a C# console application that creates an empty TM with the code here. Then, I am importing a xliff file into this empty TM using the code:

TranslationMemoryImporter importer = new TranslationMemoryImporter(tm.LanguageDirection);            

this.GetImportSettings(importer.ImportSettings);
importer.Import(importFilePath);

```

So far so good. I can see the xliff segments inside the TM if I open the TM using Trados Studio. Then, I do the whole process again, by trying to pre-translate the same xliff again, and expecting to get all the matched segments as Context Matches, marked as CM in the Editor panel. Instead, I get all the segments with a 100% score, NO Context Matches. Instead, if I open the xliff with Notepad++ I notice that the vast majority of the segment definitions have this attribute: struct-match="true". For example: <sdl:seg id="1" conf="Draft" origin="tm" origin-system="INS_7202_de-DE" percent="100" struct-match="true">. Context Matches have the attribute 'text-match', "SourceAndTarget"  which is not present. 

Why is this happening and what does struct-match="true" mean?
