Installer( SDLPluginInstaller) is not installed.

Question

Hello, 
 I downloaded 'SDLPluginInstaller.msi'. 
 Then I installed this. 
 An install process was performed without an error. 
 But the software which seems to be that isn't found. 
 Why ?

This is not a "software" offering features for Studio, but only a installer for plugins, this is why you don't see anything happen now after you installed it. It is used to install plugins that do not have their own installer. 
Once it is installed, it will automatically launch whenever you click on a file with the extension ".sdlplugin".
