OpenExchangeApp to take .ditamap and merge all .dita files into 1 sdlxliff?

I have about 1100 .dita files - some with 2 words, some with 200 words. I know that .ditamaps describe the 'order' in which the text from the individual files appears in the pdf. Is there someone out there that has developed (or CAN develop) an OpenExchange App that I can:

  1. Browse/select a .ditamap.
  2. App reads the contents of the .ditamap, determines what individual dita files need to be 'grouped' together for translation.
  3. App then generates an .sdlxliff bilingual (or I'd even take an XML file) as the output that can be used for translation in Studio.

I know that Fluenta and Swordfish can do this with xlf. Any and all tags are now placeholder tags - I've completely lost the 'pairing' function (open bold tag + closing bold tag = bold text between tags - can't have one without the other).

This is my current process - open the ditamap file in Notepad++. Determine the order of the individual dita files. When adding the files in Studio, select Merge Files function and re-organize the files so that the content flows with the PDF/ditamap and it's not scattered here, there and everywhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks, Mindy
