Hi developers,
I would like to add an action in the editor context menu which should only be enabled if text is selected in the editor.
Has anyone ever done something similar? How can the enabled state of an action be changed on text selection?

You can try to use the Enabled property from the AbstractAction and set that to false by default. And then you can use the Document.Selection Changed event to change the value based on what the user is doing.

You're not able to override this because this is an event so you need to subscribe to this event and be notified when is happening. From your document object you will need to write something like this: _document.Selection.Changed += Selection_Changed.
