Custom report in Trados plugin. Missing information about the xslt template

Hello,

I'm following this guide to develop a plugin that is going to output a custom report:

Rendering the Task Report

I am able to see the report listed in Trados, but when I click on it I get the following error:

Error message stating 'Failed to display report' followed by a stack trace. The error mentions no report definition for task type 'Tracked Changes Workflow - (1) Preparation'.

I am assuming this happens because Trados cannot find the xslt file. I believe the information in the above guide is incomplete or I skipped something, because I cannot find what is the name the .xslt file must have or how to pass that file to the createreport function.
