How to get the changed text in review mode (Editor)

Question

Dear NG, 
 I'm looking for a way to get the target text in the reviewed version. So far I've used "Editor.ActiveDocument.ActiveSegmentPair.Target.ToString()" 
 
 In the example shown above, I get the complete target segment's text "DurationLength", but I just want to get the text, which has not been deleted in review "Length". Does anybody know how this can be achieved? 
 Any idea is appreciated! Kind regards

As you've already find out if you just to ToString() you only get the text. If you want to do a proper navigation of the segment you need to use the visitor pattern and the IMarkupDataVisitor interface. You might have a look at this article which describes how it can be used:

Now I iterate through all subitems with "Editor.ActiveDocument.ActiveSegmentPair.Target.AllSubItems" and check for Properties.RevisionType 
So it's working now! Thanks a lot
