How to use the ‘Minimum match value’ feature for Terminology via Multiterm SDK?

Question

When terms are searched via Multiterm Desktop we cannot define Minimum match value for the search (at least that I know). 
 But I can use this feature when I access the same Termbase from Studio desktop. 
 
 Is there a way to use Multiterm SDK to control this feature?

Terminology Provider API has nothing to do with Multiterm. It's a way to integrate your terminology from another system inside Studio (it can be a database, excel, csv, rest service whatever you have). 
 
Multiterm SDK that is related to the Multiterm desktop application so you can't change settings from Studio with it.
