Unfortunately the AnyTM is not accessible from third party plug-ins (might be a nice feature request though).
This means you would have to create your own translation provider that works like AnyTM: producthelp.sdl.com/.../3832dd3b-64bc-4c1b-9d10-92287d9c8b1f.htm
I think this is possible with the public API, but it would take a good amount of work.
IF the AnyTM settings are saved into the project file the same way as everything else, then just modifying the project file would do, no? It's a bit a hack, but might be easier than building your own TM provider.
