"The Translation Provider could not be opened and has been disabled"

Question

Hello Everybody
I'm making a server-Based TM-provider Plugin ,
after run the program I can see the path (correctly)like this-> Unknown:Servertm:///?tmuri=http://TMname,user,password but when the enabled-checkbox is checked shows this message:could not be opened and has been disabled
could anyone help please! thank you in advanced!

Hi Sepideh, 
 
I'm afraid I can't answer this one myself as I'm not a developer. But it might help if you can share the full error stack instead of just the title? 
 
Perhaps you'll get lucky with an experienced developer jumping in in the meantime?
