Is there a way which shortcut data can be got easily besides the copy(with clipboard)?

I'm considering improvement of my application now.
If the shortcut data indicated in 'Home->Show Shortcut' in Trados can be got as the menu data of my application, I'm thinking trouble of input is little and convenient.
Is there a way which shortcut data can be got easily besides the copy(with clipboard) of this screen ?
(Don't Trados have it in the interior as data?)

I thought that users indicate this screen and copy these data, and paste on my application, then change it.

This is the way I thought of first.

But if data is in Trados, I thought that to use this is better.
