Has anyone had the MyMemory Plugin cause strange behaviour while running Analysis via the API?

Hi all,

We develop an application that integrations with various versions of SDL Trados Studio, and we recently ran into a very strange problem with one of our customers.

The problem is that we are getting errors when running our analysis - the error that comes back is a file not found error when looking for the correct TMs. The strange thing about this is, though, that it only occurs when processing one (out of possibly several language combinations) and when the MyMemory plugin has been added. The MyMemory plugin, however, is disabled.

The following points might be useful:

- When we remove the plugin, everything works fine.
- When we run the analysis manually through studio, everything also works fine.
- The customer is using Online TMs (not sure if that is useful or not).

I thought it would be worth posting this here, just to find out if anyone has had similar experiences, because it is causing me great confusion right now. Or perhaps any tips from people who have managed to get to the bottom of such issues before? Anything would really be much appreciated!

Thank you very much :)

Chris
