I'm not able access to SDK. I mean ... after login I try to push the tab SDK(s) but I'm redirected to http://www.translationzone.com/en/openexchange/
Do you know the reason?

I just checked this and it seems to be working here…
Navigation history...
My Account (Login)
https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/
My Apps
https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/myapps/default.aspx
Note: From this page select the button 'Access the SDL SDK', This will bring you to the OpenExchange page
OpenExchange
http://www.translationzone.com/en/openexchange/
Note: From this page you should be able to see the link 'Start Developing Applications' from the navigation panel, selecting this link correctly brings you to the page where you can access the SDK

Note: From this page you can access the SDK...
hope this helps,

Hi, Patrick and all,
Is this topic still open? Please let me cut in anyway because I've been having the same kind of probelm for a long time.
At http://www.translationzone.com/en/openexchange/develop-applications/, there are two lines that are supposed to link directly to the SDK 2.0 and 2.1 installers as shown in the image below but neither of them will get me the installers. Instead, they will take me to https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/myapps/default.aspx (when I'm logged in).
Is this a correct behavior or anything to do with my browser settings or am I supposed to find the SDK installers there?
I believe the SDK 2.0 and 2.1 are newer than what I have installed on my computer so I'd like to get them and see what's new and changed (btw, last time when I had the same problem, the support team was nice enough to send me the installers via email).
Thank you in advace.
Ryota

Sorry about that... Let me try again to insert the image.
Thanks.

Hi Ryota,
The links are working fine. Can you try flushing your browser caches and trying another browser, preferably IE if you are not already using that?

Hello, Ian,
Thanks for your reply.
Even after clearing the browser caches, I still have the same problem but I think I know why.
I don't have any TRADOS 2011 licenses associated with my TRADOS account (I use TRADOS only at my work)
so maybe, I'm not eligible to download them with my TRADOS account.
Sorry for the trouble.
