Hi, I just joined and started to look into possibilities for automation, can someone point me to a clear direction? say I need to add a new batch action in my Studio 2011, should I start a Plug-in project in Visual Studio (which version?), compile the final output as a plug-in and place in the Plug-in folder? of course, might need to fix the manifest XML, etc. Thanks!!

For Studio 2011 use the V2.1 version of the SDK at this location;
www.translationzone.com/.../develop-applications
Reading the SDK contents and API documentation should answer your other questions and the templates in SDK 2.1 are for Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.
