Plugin signed but warning about unsigned plugin still appears.

Question

We have a plugin to SDL Trados Studio 2015. The package file (.sdlplugin) was signed by SDL, but when I start Trados Studio, the warning about an unsigned plugin still appears. There are no older unsigned versions of the package file nor any unpacked files anywhere on my PC.

Most probably the plugin is not signed or is not signed correct. Can you please send the original unsigned file to app-signing@sdl.com to sign it again.

100% sure. But we have not seen anything from you. Maybe you attached it to the email and it was swallowed up by our rather stringent IT teams. Please try and again, but do not attach plugins, or zipped plugins. Just put them on an ftp and send us the link, or submit them via your account if you wish to make them available on the app store.
